Shipping policy

 

Shipping Policies:

1. Free standard shipping for orders over €200 within Europe. For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import duties and applicable taxes, including customs and local taxes, as the goods are Delivered at Place (DAP).

2. For orders up to €200, we charge shipping costs of €5.90 (Germany) or €15.90 (within Europe). Due to varying package sizes, shipping costs may differ. To find out how much shipping to your country will cost, you can determine it at checkout after entering your shipping address.

3. For orders outside Europe, we generally charge a flat rate for standard international shipping of €39.90.

4. Shipping to Russia and Ukraine is currently suspended.

5. We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders for items that are in stock and do not need to be re-ordered from the manufacturer are shipped within 3 business days. Some furniture items, due to special packaging, may take up to 10 business days to ship. When your order ships, you will receive the tracking number via email.

6. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

7. Please check the packaging of your items for external damage upon delivery before signing the delivery proof. If you notice any damage such as dirt, moisture, or cuts, ask the driver to make a preliminary complaint about the issue. If the delivery appears damaged, we ask that you accept it with reservations. If the content is damaged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt at contact@industrialkonzept.com. Please ensure that you retain both the packaging and the products during the damage reporting process. Damages reported later than 24 hours after receipt will not be compensated.

8. industrial Konzept Store is not responsible for production and shipping delays.

9. We ship to your country! We offer deliveries to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Greenland, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, USA, Austria, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, and many more....

10. If the item you wish to purchase is not shipped to your country, please contact us for a custom shipping quote via our contact form or by email at contact@industrialkonzept.com.
