Bjarke Ingels, Jakob Lange and the BIG Ideas team then turned it into a family of lamps that share the same details across several sizes, each with its own character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach conical shade of spun aluminium holds a curved opal insert shaped like a drop of water, which gives glare-free light downwards. The white inside reflects the light evenly, and a narrow, uniform opening at the top lets a little light escape towards the ceiling. The integrated LED can be dimmed via phase dimming (2700 K) or DALI.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe smaller sizes give intimate light on their own or in groups; the largest is meant for long tables, restaurants and meeting rooms.
