The Plié floor element is part of the Plié shelving system, which won the German Design Award 2019 and offers simple solutions for organizing, presenting and storing items. Designed by Cesare Bizzotto and Tobias Nitsche, the floor element uses a minimal amount of powder-coated aluminum, resulting in a light but very robust structure. This allows each unit to be constructed with just a few components.
As a low cabinet, the floor element offers versatile uses: It serves as an elegant frame for presenting objects such as vinyl records and books. Its low height creates additional free wall space and gives every room a certain lightness.
