KGT storage box

Winner of the Wallpaper Design Awards 2022, the metal-made KGT (pronounced "Cagette") finds its inspiration in the fruit and vegetable boxes found at local markets. Designed by Studio CP-RV for a friendlier, domestic use, the KGT, made of aluminum, is manufactured by stamping, cutting and bending, with each step revealing a feature of the product.

Small, subtle notches in the bottom corners make lifting and gripping easier. Punched feet on the bottom and punched indentations on the top allow multiple KGTs to be stacked on top of each other while maintaining their position.

Use it as a breakfast tray, a desk organizer, a toolbox. You can even hang it as a frame or as a shelf. A metal box with a contemporary feel that will fit seamlessly into any interior.

Material: Powder-coated aluminum

All necessary tools for assembly are included, as well as simple step-by-step instructions.

Each shelf can withstand a weight of 25kg. However, in case of wall mounting, make sure that the wall installation for the wall mounted units is done correctly with the appropriate anchors.
