1) Order processing
1.1 We ship from our warehouse in Germany.
1.2 In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days. These are items we hold in our warehouse and can get ready to ship as soon as your order comes in.
1.3 Items on order are ordered for you from the manufacturer, or the manufacturer makes them to order. For each variant, the product page shows "Ready to ship in approx. …": this is how long it takes until the item is ready to ship from us. The transit time to you comes on top (see your destination below). All times are approximate.
1.4 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If it is missing from your shipping confirmation, write to service@industrialkonzept.com and we will send it to you.

2) Inspection on delivery
2.1 Please check the packaging for external damage when it arrives. If anything is damaged, write to service@industrialkonzept.com. Please get in touch as soon as you can, ideally within a few days, with photos – a short video helps us too.

3) Destination: Germany
3.1 Shipping costs: Standard shipping within Germany costs €5.90. Orders of €99.00 or more ship free.
3.2 Transit time from handover to the carrier, approx.:
– Standard parcels: 1–2 business days
– Bulky goods and freight: 2–5 business days

4) Destination: European Union
4.1 Shipping costs per order by total weight of the shipment:
– up to 5 kg: €14.90
– up to 10 kg: €24.90
– up to 15 kg: €39.90
– up to 20 kg: €49.90
– up to 25 kg: €59.90
– up to 30 kg: €89.90
– up to 50 kg: €119.90
– over 50 kg: €199.90
4.2 No import duties apply within the EU, as all member states share one customs area.
4.3 Standard shipments: Most orders ship with DHL International. As a rule of thumb: if a product fits into a standard or medium-sized parcel and weighs under 20 kg, it ships with DHL International.
4.4 Bulky goods and freight: Items that are oversized, extra long or heavier than about 20 kg ship as bulky goods or by freight. If you are unsure how your order will ship, feel free to ask us before ordering.
4.5 Transit time from handover to the carrier, approx.:
– Standard parcels: 3–5 business days
– Bulky goods and freight: 4–7 business days

5) Destination: Europe outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway)
5.1 Shipping costs per order by total weight of the shipment:
– up to 5 kg: €29.90
– up to 10 kg: €39.90
– up to 15 kg: €49.90
– up to 20 kg: €59.90
– up to 25 kg: €75.90
– up to 50 kg: €149.90
– over 50 kg: €349.00
5.2 Standard shipments: Most orders ship with DHL International. As a rule of thumb: if a product fits into a standard or medium-sized parcel and weighs under 20 kg, it ships with DHL International.
5.3 Bulky goods and freight: Items that are oversized, extra long or heavier than about 20 kg ship as bulky goods or by freight. If you are unsure how your order will ship, feel free to ask us before ordering.
5.4 Import duties and taxes: For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes or fees. They vary by country, change regularly and are outside our control. If you are unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering or use a tool such as Simply Duty.
5.5 Transit time from handover to the carrier, approx.:
– Standard parcels: 7–14 business days
– Bulky goods and freight: 10–20 business days
5.6 Lost or damaged shipments: Please check the packaging for external damage when it arrives. If anything is damaged, please get in touch as soon as you can, ideally within a few days, with photos – a short video helps us too. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 weeks, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. International shipments sometimes sit at customs or transit hubs for 1–2 weeks; this is not unusual and not yet a cause for concern.

6.1 Shipping costs per order by total weight of the shipment:
– up to 3 kg: USD 79.00
– up to 6 kg: USD 99.00
– up to 10 kg: USD 129.00
– up to 15 kg: USD 179.00
– up to 20 kg: USD 249.00
– up to 25 kg: USD 349.00
– up to 50 kg: USD 499.00
– over 50 kg: USD 799.00
6.2 Standard shipments and import duties: Most orders to the United States ship with DHL International. For these standard shipments we cover the import duties, so no customs charges are due on delivery. As a rule of thumb: if a product fits into a standard or medium-sized parcel and weighs under 20 kg, it ships with DHL International.
6.3 Bulky goods and freight: Items that are oversized, extra long or heavier than about 20 kg ship as bulky goods or by freight. For these shipments we cannot cover import duties; they are paid by the recipient. If you are unsure how your order will ship, feel free to ask us before ordering.
6.4 Transit time from handover to DHL, approx.:
– Standard parcels: 5–8 business days
– Bulky goods and freight: 10–20 business days
6.5 Lost or damaged shipments: Please check the packaging for external damage when it arrives. 7.6 Middle East: Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, shipments to this region may currently take longer. This is caused by changed flight routes and limited freight capacity.

8) General notes
8.1 The countries shown at checkout indicate where you can request a delivery. This does not mean we can ship every product to every one of these destinations. We decline or cancel orders to a destination we cannot serve. In that case we will let you know and refund the full amount.
8.2 Lower shipping costs apply to some products; they are shown at checkout.

9.1 Everything about withdrawal and returns is in our right of withdrawal.
