Our sample service allows you to request selected material or colour samples, so you can assess them in your own space and with confidence.
How the sample service works
1. Specify the product and material
Please let us know the exact product you are interested in, including the desired colour, material, or surface finish. If available, feel free to mention multiple options you would like to compare.
2. Provide your delivery details
Include your full postal address for the sample shipment. If the request is related to a project, you may also add relevant details or timelines to help us assess availability.
3. Availability check & confirmation
We will review your request, check sample availability with the manufacturer, and get back to you personally with confirmation, expected delivery time, and any applicable conditions.

In some cases, shipping costs or a refundable handling fee may apply — we will always inform you in advance.
