Refund policy

 

The following right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the European Union. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activities.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
 • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you ordered a single item or several items as part of a single order and these goods are delivered in a single delivery, or
 • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item, if you ordered several items as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately, or
 • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

via a clear written statement by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Alternatively, you may exercise your right of withdrawal directly via our digital withdrawal function on our website via our digital withdrawal function available here.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

Exclusions

There is no right of withdrawal for:
 • Deliveries outside the European Union
 • Backorders or made-to-order items once the order has been confirmed and sent to the manufacturer
 • Goods that are clearly personalized or produced to customer specifications

 

Notes

To avoid a reduction in value of the goods, we kindly ask you to:
 • Return the goods in undamaged original packaging
 • Package the goods securely in a sturdy box with sufficient padding
 • Include the delivery note or a copy of the order confirmation with a note if applicable
 • Ensure that the goods are unused and, if possible, returned in the original, intact packaging
