1) Scope
1.1 As a consumer in the EU, you have a right of withdrawal as set out in the following withdrawal information. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2) Withdrawal information
Right of withdrawal
2.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.2 The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
2.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HOUSE OF KONZEPT GmbH, Am Sand 2, 91757 Treuchtlingen, Germany, email: service@industrialkonzept.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website industrialkonzept.com/pages/withdraw. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.
2.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
2.5 If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
2.6 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
2.7 You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
2.8 You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The direct cost of returning goods which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 250.
2.9 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
3.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. This applies in particular to personalised products and items made to your specifications (made to order), for example in a custom size or colour of your choice, with a cover or fabric of your choice, or in an individual configuration.

5) Notes on returns
5.1 To make sure your return reaches us in good condition, please send the goods back unused, complete and well padded in their original packaging. For any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary (e.g. signs of use, damage, missing parts) we will have to claim compensation.
5.2 The costs of delivery mentioned above refer to shipping the goods to you. The cost of sending the goods back to us, for example for a return label, is borne by you.
5.3 Larger pieces are returned by freight. The estimate of a maximum of approximately EUR 250 applies per pallet and to returns from anywhere in the EU; within Germany it is usually less. In this case, please get in touch with us briefly beforehand so we can arrange the collection with you.
