A Takeover Beyond the Digital: KONZEPT [Berlin]

von @industrialkonzept Team

What does it mean to experience design beyond the digital? How does a space change the way we interact with objects? At the end of January, during Berlin Fashion Week 2025, we explored these questions with our first pop-up event — a curated physical space with our collection, where design, fashion and contemporary culture converged in real time.

Seeing these pieces exist beyond the screen, within an actual environment, revealed new dimensions. Design doesn’t just exist in isolation; it reacts to space, to movement, to the presence of people. This was more than a showcase, it was an experiment: A way to test ideas, challenge assumptions, and observe how our vision translates into physical reality.

More than anything, it wasn't just about the objects. It was about the energy in the room, the conversations, the exchanges, the unexpected interactions. Design is never static; its meaning is constantly being reshaped by those who engage with it. This experience has changed how we think about what comes next.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who came by, shared thoughts, and engaged with us. We look forward to the next opportunity to create and connect.

The curated space featured pieces and works from Jacob Egeberg, Vittorio Valigi x Swedish Girls, Obscure Objects, Our Society, Söderberg, NM3, Gufram x Snarkitecture, and more, alongside fashion brands such as Ambush, Kapital, Raf Simons, ERL, Rassvet, Issey Miyake, and others.
