Mirror Lounge Chair

The brutalist and minimalist shape of this lounge chair complements and reflects the interior. The mirrored surface is a real eye-catcher and allows it to merge with the surrounding space.

"The choice of mirrored glass emphasizes the expectation that this piece might be too fragile to support the weight of the person who dares to take a seat; the feeling of relief and in most cases joy sets in as soon as someone leans into the backrest of the armchair.

Inspired by various works of art that deal with reflections, we wanted to create a functional piece of furniture that becomes a decorative object that absorbs and influences its own surroundings.

The shape of the lounge chair is based on the brutalist movement of the 20th century and creates a contrast with its hard lines and soft appearance, as it seems to dissolve into the world around it. We are very proud that this piece has been selected in the Sight Unseen Year 2021 book and has appeared in various magazines such as AD France and Elle Decoration, among others."
