10 Corso Como Unveils Bold New Concept by 2050+

von @industrialkonzept Team

10 Corso Como has introduced a new store concept, reimagining the iconic Milan destination into a flexible, theatrical space where fashion, art, design, and food seamlessly converge.

Designed by interdisciplinary agency 2050+, the redesigned ground floor, especially the women’s section, features a modular and dynamic layout. Elements like pantograph tables and clothing racks connected to winches offer endless configurations, supporting a diverse and adaptable curatorial approach.

A new internal staircase, entirely clad in steel, provides a vertical link between the ground floor and the first-floor Project Room and Gallery spaces, reinforcing the store’s cohesive environment. This sculptural staircase not only enhances movement through the space but also serves as a striking centerpiece, setting the tone for an innovative and immersive retail experience.

Adding to this versatile space, 10 Corso Como has commissioned site-specific installations from international designers such as Jesper Eriksson, Laurids Gallée, Odd Matter, Sam Chermayeff Office, and The Back Studio. These collaborations have resulted in custom furniture and fixtures that highlight materiality and experimental design, enriching the store’s multifaceted identity.

The new 10 Corso Como is now open, offering a fresh, immersive shopping experience.
