The Rivet Side Table is a versatile piece of furniture that is suitable for any room. Its circular surface is divided into three different levels, creating a dynamic surface. Based on a riveting technique suitable for creating right-angled joints between separate laser-cut raw aluminum sheets, the table is assembled by hand with a hammer in a cold-forming assembly process developed by designer Jonas Trampedach in 2011.
About the Rivet series
Based on a historically known hand-building technique, the Rivet series consists of laser-cut raw aluminum sheets, which are then joined by a hand-hammering technique. A symbiosis of craftsmanship and industrial production, the Rivet series of aluminum storage furniture and tables is a celebration of honesty and materiality.
