- Anza White has a non-porous surface that prevents dirt and stains from penetrating the material. Marks and stains stay on the surface and can easily be removed with a Scotchbrite® pad and household cleaner.
- The brass tray and top plate will oxidize in contact with water/humidity. Use a brass polish (Brasso Wadding recommended) to remove the oxidization and at the same time add a layer of protective polish to the metal. To minimise oxidization, wipe the tray and top plate dry after use.
- The wood trim on the front of the tray is treated to reduce water absorption. Wiping the wood dry after use and treating periodically with wood polish will preserve the natural beauty of the wood.
- Every AnZa comes with the following components.
- The power cord can be unplugged from the back of the machine and replaced with a cord that works with your power outlets.
Care
| Brass | Untreated brass develops a natural patina. Dust with a dry cloth; to restore the shine use a brass polish. Lacquered brass only needs a soft, dry cloth. |

| Ceramic | Wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Check the product description for dishwasher suitability; handmade and glazed pieces last longest when washed by hand. |
| Wood | Dust regularly and wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry. Avoid standing water, strong heat and harsh cleaners. Follow the manufacturer's advice for oiled or lacquered finishes. |
