The Boxing Ring Lamp 081 is KØGE's first collaboration with an outside designer, the Brussels architect Matthieu Doucet, founder of the label Imprécis. It takes its cue from the graphic structure of a boxing ring: a silicone cord is wound around a stainless steel frame, the way ropes run around a ring. Inside sits a light structure inspired by Japanese paper, outside a more abstract, architectural frame. The result is a sculptural table lamp between tension and lightness. Also available with a mirror-polished frame.
