The Penrose Bookmark carries the Penrose tiling, the pattern of rhombi identified by the mathematician Sir Roger Penrose in the 1970s. As with clouds, the combinations of shapes keep suggesting new forms the longer you look.

A thin strip of shiny brass that sits between the pages and keeps your place without folding a corner. The same pattern appears on Fundamental Berlin's Penrose pen tray, coasters and large tray. Made in Italy; 15.5 × 4 cm.
