The Penrose Pen Tray holds pens on the desk and stops them rolling away. Its pattern is the Penrose tiling, a pattern of combined rhombi, also found on Fundamental Berlin's Penrose bookmark, coasters and large tray.

The shiny brass is precision-milled in Italy and then formed in Berlin, in a sheltered workshop for people with special needs. Measures 20 × 8 cm.
