Gaetano Pesce: The Complete Incoherence

Gaetano Pesce (1939 to 2024) worked across art and design for half a century, touching many movements without belonging to any of them. His practice set out to challenge convention, utility and good taste. In this book he looks back on his life and career in his own words.

The text is based on an extensive interview conducted by curator and writer Glenn Adamson, who also contributes an introduction placing Pesce within contemporary art and design. The book is co-published with Salon 94 under the Monacelli imprint. Hardback, 329 by 235 mm, 304 pages.
