The Cobra floor candleholder takes the twisting silhouette of Constantin Wortmann's table candleholder for Georg Jensen and scales it up to stand directly on the floor. The stem rises from its base in one continuous curve, so the piece changes with every viewpoint and works alone or as a group of different heights.
It is made from stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface that reflects the flame and the room around it. Wortmann, who was born in Germany, designs by the principle that form follows emotion. Available in three heights of 40, 50 and 60 cm. Candles are sold separately.
