An oyster tray in mirror-polished stainless steel from the Indulgence series by Helle Damkjær for Georg Jensen. Its undulating form refers to the movement of the sea and makes serving oysters part of the occasion.
Danish-born Damkjær works in the tradition of Scandinavian minimalism but adds an artistic, slightly unconventional note. The Indulgence collection celebrates pleasures such as champagne and oysters with bold design. The tray measures 58.7 by 36.3 cm and is suitable for contact with food.
