A small white porcelain serving bowl with two organically shaped handles, which give a secure grip and turn a practical detail into a design feature. The form was first designed in the 1960s by Henning Koppel, the Danish designer and long-time Georg Jensen collaborator. The dinnerware was Koppel's first work in porcelain and marked a turning point in his career. Georg Jensen now produces it for the first time, using contemporary techniques that make the pieces sturdy for daily use.
The bowl measures 12 cm in diameter, 14.5 cm including the handles, and is dishwasher safe. For a larger bowl in stainless steel, see Koppel - Serving Bowl.
