A corkscrew from the Wine & Bar series by the Swedish architect and industrial designer Thomas Sandell. Sandell starts from the practical requirements of an object and then gives it a sculptural form; here the body is shaped to lie comfortably in the hand, so the cork comes out smoothly.
The corkscrew is made from mirror-polished stainless steel. The Wine & Bar series also includes a wine stopper and pourer, a wine cooler, a carafe, an ice bucket, a tray and coasters.
