The LEVI seating objects are a utopia. The highly organic and idealized form resembles the sketch of a cloud-like body, as it appears to us in daydreams.
In combination or as a freestanding solitaire, the LEVI sofa, lounge chair, and pouf become ideal places of longing in any room. The strikingly voluminous upholstery, crafted by hand, invites one to linger. Comfortable reclining or relaxed sitting represents a functional design that takes seriously the desire of a self-determined generation for the versatility of upholstered furniture.
In a time of social upheaval, the nearly melancholic harmony of the LEVI seating object shakes the separation of art and life.
Designed in Berlin and made in Germany.
