Bordeaux - Echo Rug

Echo is built on a ring pattern with raised crescent shapes worked into a higher pile. Because the pile varies between 6 and 13 mm, the design reads through relief as much as through colour. Hand-tufted from OEKO-TEX certified European wool on a cotton backing.

The collection was developed with Arturel, a studio working between art, design and acoustics. A dense wool surface absorbs sound and reduces reverberation.
