The large vase of the Bloom Botanica series by Helle Damkjær for Georg Jensen. Its form is inspired by the moment a flower bud opens to reveal its petals. With a bouquet or standing empty as a sculpture, it works as a centrepiece on a table or windowsill.
Damkjær models each new shape by hand in clay before it is made in metal, which gives the stainless steel a soft, tactile character. The vase is mirror-polished stainless steel, 33 cm high. Also available in the sizes Small and Medium.
