The Flower Tumbler develops the idea behind NIKO JUNE's Bouquet Theory Glass: new forms made from existing tools and fragments. The glass is cast into sections of an old mould. Where parts of the mould are missing, the molten glass is allowed to expand and the glassblower shapes it freely.
The finished form comes from the interplay between the remaining mould and the gaps, so familiar industrial profiles meet freely shaped areas. Made in Denmark with the glassblowers at Holmegaard Værk; each tumbler varies slightly.
