Wine Cooler Surface

Top chef Sergio Herman is a perfectionist in everything he does. When designing a wine cooler for his Surface tableware line, every detail counts. Of course it has to serve the purpose for which it is made: keeping wine deliciously cool for as long as possible. That is why Herman chose aluminium, a type of metal that is perfectly suitable for the freezer and that stays cold a long time. The cooler has two compartments: one for the bottle and one for extra ice. And it comes with a tray that catches the condensation from the cooler, making sure the tabletop stays dry. The finish too is special. The irregular surface of the cast aluminium invites you to touch it. It reflects the artisanal way in which this wine cooler was made.
