Removable Frame

In 1976, Lehni began manufacturing a new type of picture frame designed by Rudolf Lehni. Today, the Removable Frame is one of the most widely used products in the collection. This simple frame is used in opening events, exhibitions, galleries, and private collections in Switzerland and all over the world. Finely bent chrome-nickel steel strips (available in powder-coated white, black or polished chrome-nickel steel) unobtrusively surround the artwork on all sides and protect the contents from dust and humidity. The frame comes with a Pavatex back panel and is available in 14 standard formats from A4 to F4 (special formats and variants on request). Glass is not included and can be sourced locally to fit your needs (standard 3 mm glass, acrylic, low-reflection glass, or mirror).
