The rail of Peter Raacke's Mono 10+1 system, the "+1" on which the ten Mono kitchen utensils hang side by side within reach of the stove.
It is a flat bar of stainless steel 18/10 with a matt brushed finish, 35.5 cm long, matching the utensils of the series. Mono 10+1 is the kitchen companion to Mono A, Peter Raacke's cutlery of 1959. The utensils are available separately.
