Mono 10+1 is Peter Raacke's kitchen companion to Mono A: ten utensils that hang side by side on one rail, the "+1", so they stay within reach while cooking. Each piece has the long, flat handle of the Mono A family.
All utensils are stainless steel 18/10 with a matt brushed finish and are dishwasher safe, but not suitable for the microwave. Choose from serving fork, tasting spoon, soup ladle, sauce ladle, salad fork, serving spoon, carving fork and knife, spatula and skimmer. The rail is available separately.

| Stainless steel | Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent, then dry. Follow the grain on brushed surfaces. Avoid steel wool, scouring agents and cleaners containing chlorine. |
