A place setting of Mono E, the ebony-handled version of Mono A that Peter Raacke added in the early 1960s. The forms of fork and spoon are those of Mono A; ebony is riveted to both sides of each handle.
The set holds table knife, table fork, table spoon and coffee spoon in matt brushed stainless steel 18/10, with a hardened steel knife blade. Ebony lasts for decades with care, but the cutlery should be washed by hand, not in the dishwasher.
