The PH 1/1 Chandelier Centenary Edition revives a design Poul Henningsen developed on the basis of his three-shade System PH of 1926. Originally known as the Bombardement Chandelier, it was part of the Louis Poulsen catalogue from 1933 until the mid-1960s and now returns in a limited run, each piece engraved with its own number.
Curved arms each carry a set of three PH 1/1 glass shades and meet at a central core; the cores are stacked vertically, so every shade set remains visible. The shades are mouth-blown from four layers of opal glass in dusty terracotta, glossy outside and sandblasted matt white inside, and give a soft, diffused light without glare. Arms and canopy are aged brass with fine hairlines, lacquered to preserve the surface.
Available with 3 arms, limited to 1,000 pieces. A centrepiece above a dining table, in a living room or in an entrance hall.

Care
| Glass | Clean with a soft cloth and glass cleaner or water with a drop of detergent. Mouth-blown and coloured glass is best washed by hand. |
|---|---|
| Brass | Untreated brass develops a natural patina. Dust with a dry cloth; to restore the shine use a brass polish. Lacquered brass only needs a soft, dry cloth. |
