The PH 2/2 Luna is a table lamp by Poul Henningsen from the late 1930s, when it soon became known as ‘the bedside lamp’. It follows his three-shade system: three shades of mouth-blown, three-layered opal glass, glossy outside and sandblasted matt inside, with a frosted glass diffuser underneath.
The shades direct a clear light downwards, good for reading, and at the same time spread a soft, diffused glow around the lamp. In this version the curved stem, the base and the switch are aged brass, brushed with fine hairlines and lacquered so that the surface keeps its character.
With a 20 cm shade and a 12 cm base, it fits a bedside table, a windowsill or a bookshelf. It comes with a 2.5 m black textile cord with plug and a brass switch on the base.

Care
| Glass | Clean with a soft cloth and glass cleaner or water with a drop of detergent. Mouth-blown and coloured glass is best washed by hand. |

| Brass | Untreated brass develops a natural patina. Dust with a dry cloth; to restore the shine use a brass polish. Lacquered brass only needs a soft, dry cloth. |
