The PH 3/2 Wall Lamp is part of Poul Henningsen’s iconic three-shade series, developed in 1925/26 in collaboration with Louis Poulsen. Henningsen dedicated his life to creating glare-free light that casts soft shadows and directs illumination precisely where it is needed.
The lamp features a top shade with a 30 cm diameter and two smaller lower shades taken from the 2/2 model. This combination was designed to allow pendant lamps to hang lower while maintaining the proportions of the classic three-shade system.
The glass shades diffuse light evenly throughout the space, minimizing glare and shadows. With its balanced, soft illumination, the PH 3/2 Wall Lamp is a timeless example of Henningsen’s innovative approach to lighting design.
