The PH 3/3 Pendant Centenary Edition marks one hundred years of the three-shade system Poul Henningsen developed in 1926, the principle behind hundreds of his lamps. This edition pairs an amber upper shade of mouth-blown, four-layered glass with two lower shades in three-layered white opal glass, all glossy outside and sandblasted matt white inside.
The lower shades give soft, glare-free light downwards, while the amber top shade adds a warm glow towards the ceiling. The suspension in lacquered aged brass follows the designs first used in 1926, and decorative thumbscrews set the position of the bulb inside the shades. A dark brown textile cord completes the period detail.
At 28.5 cm across, the PH 3/3 is one of Henningsen's "whole" sizes, which are particularly glare-free and suited to hanging high: over a dining table, in a living room or a hallway. It takes one E27 bulb.

Care
| Glass | Clean with a soft cloth and glass cleaner or water with a drop of detergent. Mouth-blown and coloured glass is best washed by hand. |
|---|---|
| Brass | Untreated brass develops a natural patina. Dust with a dry cloth; to restore the shine use a brass polish. Lacquered brass only needs a soft, dry cloth. |
