Designed by German architect Egon Eiermann in the 1950s, the Eiermann 1 table frame by Richard Lampert reflects a focus on simplicity and functional design. The open steel construction with diagonal crossbars provides stability and a distinctive appearance. The frame is available with central crossbars, which allow working from both sides or use as a dining table, or with offset crossbars, which are suited for working from one side only. The straightforward design integrates into various environments, including home offices and shared workspaces, and can be assembled with minimal effort.
