Vilhelm Wohlert designed this pendant in 1959. Louis Poulsen asked him for a lamp that would work in rooms of different sizes and be easy to install, to maintain and to change bulbs in.
The shade is a single body of mouth-blown white opal glass on a drawn steel pendant tube. The quality of the glass lets the whole surface glow evenly and spread soft, general light into the room, while the opening at the bottom sends more concentrated light downwards. The lamp can be hung high or low.
Suited to dining tables, living rooms and bedrooms. Available in Ø 30, 35 and 40 cm with E27 socket; Ø 35 and 40 cm also with integrated dim-to-warm LED (3000–1800 K), controlled via phase dimming or, on Ø 40 cm, Bluetooth.

Care
| Glass | Clean with a soft cloth and glass cleaner or water with a drop of detergent. Mouth-blown and coloured glass is best washed by hand. |
|---|---|
| Steel | Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Powder-coated surfaces tolerate a mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners. Raw steel can develop a patina and is best kept dry. |
