Ilse Lang based the Tribo on the low wooden stools of the gauchos in southern Brazil, who sat on them around the fire to drink maté. The round seat of solid oak is slightly hollowed; slots around its edge take the legs of the next stool, so Tribo stools stack.
The bar version stands on three stainless steel legs with a footrest ring, seat height 76 cm. The low version: Tribo Stool.

Care
| Oak | Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth in the direction of the grain and dry. Wipe up spills immediately and use coasters under hot or wet items. Oiled oak benefits from re-oiling once or twice a year. |
|---|---|
| Stainless steel | Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent, then dry. Follow the grain on brushed surfaces. Avoid steel wool, scouring agents and cleaners containing chlorine. |
