Attica TL is a low drum from a classical column shaft, used as a coffee table. Studio 65 designed it in 1972 for the series that began with Capitello, in which the parts of a fallen column modelled on the Erechtheion in Athens turn into furniture. The cylindrical body carries a reversible mirrored top.
The table is made of soft polyurethane and finished by hand in Guflac® Ultra, in white with a surface that imitates stone. It can stand indoors or outdoors. At 70 cm across and 40 cm high it sits at the height of a low sofa. Attica TL is a limited edition of 1,000 pieces; as each is finished by hand, no two are exactly alike.
It belongs with the Attica armchair and the Capitello lounge chair, which come from the same column.
