Its reflective surface is framed by soft polyurethane, creating the illusion of a portal-like break in the wall. Beyond reflecting its surroundings, it generates a mesmerizing optical effect, making the space appear to extend or merge with another environment.
Born from Gufram’s collaboration with Snarkitecture, the BROKEN MIRROR blends art and architecture with an experimental spirit, inspired by Italy’s radical design movement of the 1970s. The polyurethane frame, hand-painted with Gufram’s patented Guflac®, mimics concrete while retaining its softness, embodying meticulous craftsmanship and bold innovation.
